Welcome Reception, World Trade Centre Rotterdam
The Welcome Reception was replaced from the City Town Hall to the World Trade Centre. This reception was a nice opportunity to have a drink and chat with colleagues. Several short welcome speeches were held.
Conference dinner, Laurenskerk in Rotterdam
The Conference dinner was held in the Laurenskerk, a time-honored church in the center of Rotterdam. The Laurenskerk was built between approximately 1449 and 1525 and is the only remaining late-Gothic building of medieval origin. This monumental church is a place full of monumental walls with copper choir fence and candle light defining the historic atmosphere. Nowadays, the Laurenskerk is used for different events while keeping their weekly church service.
Over 400 Conference participants attended the dinner.
